Skye Resources Inc. and HudBay Minerals Inc. have combined their respective businesses. The Fenix Nickel Project in Guatemala continues to be developed by Compañía Guatemalteca de Níquel, S.A. in Guatemala, which is now a subsidiary of HudBay Minerals Inc.
